JUST A LITTLE PUSH

JUST A LITTLE PUSH
FridayPosts editorial image · JUST A LITTLE PUSH
Sometimes, what we need in life is just a little push. There is a scientific law that says “everything remains in a state of rest until an external force is applied to them.” Human beings are naturally wired to get inspiration from sources external to them in order to function at certain times. There is nothing wrong with this! A little push from here and there from certain individuals who especially believes in your capabilities can get you off your feet to do the impossible with life. There are times the only thing it requires to do the impossible is to get to hear it from an external source that “you can do it.” This is why it is important that you constantly surround yourself with people who believe in you and who can bring the best out of you rather than the other way round. The man at the pool of Bethsaida Jesus healed had been there for thirty-eight years simply because he had no one to push him into that lake whenever the spirit of the Lord stares the water up. Did you see that? That tells you a man can remain in the same state for as long as possible if there are no people around him to give him the necessary push. There is nothing like “I am a lone ranger” in life. People succeed with the help of others around them. There is no one who has built an empire or a big business conglomerate that can boast of doing it alone. Everyone simply needs everyone to survive, and arrive at the appropriate destination. Jesus came to die for the whole of humanity, but He needed twelve people to spread the message all across the whole world. One would actually think as powerful as Jesus is, He should have been able to carry out this assignment by Himself. But the answer is negative! He still needed to enlist a few guys to push the work into the ends of the earth. Can I ask you a simple question here right now: who is pushing you to becoming the very best that you can be? Do you have family members, friends or even colleagues that would not relent until they see you become what God has destined you to be? Or are you a lone ranger – who thinks he can do everything all by his strength or power? Dear friend, you can make tremendous progress than this you have made if only you will surround yourself with the right people/persons and get the necessary push you need. Thank you for reading.
